Objective
VCP has set an important objective for the year 2020: reach sales revenues of US$ 4 billion, with a return above the cost of capital. In order to reach this goal, VCP has outlined a mission and three goals.

Mission
Become a benchmark company in the pulp and paper industry, creating opportunities and competitive advantages, creating sustained value for shareholders, in conjunction with the Votorantim management system.

Goals
Become a leading world player in hardwood pulp; have a presence in the international reprographic paper market and be the regional leader; and sustain its regional leadership in the coated and special papers markets.

Values
VCP follows the Votorantim Group Values, as expressed by the SEREU acronym: Solidity, Ethics, Respect, Entrepreneurship and Unity.

Solidity represents the steadfast presence of the Company, even in a constantly and rapidly changing environment.

Ethics is present in the Company's activities so that results may always be recognized as contributions to the common good.

Respect is present in the relationship with the diverse communities with which the Company interacts and its products and services.
