The Ombudsman is a channel of exclusive contact between you and Votorantim to address topics related to the Code of Conduct – a document that contains the guidelines to be followed by the company in the relationship with all its audiences.

By means of the Ombudsman, it is possible to report or request clarifications about issues of non-compliance with the Code, such as corruption, blackmail, fraud, environmental aggression, false information, inadequate accounting records, improper use of assets of the company, discrimination (of race, color, religion, gender, age, physical or social condition) and unethical behavior and procedures.

The cases sent to the Ombudsman are handled by the Conduct Committees of the company– formed by professionals prepared to deal with the issues with alacrity and confidentiality.
