MISSION
To be a reference as a pup and paper company, creating opportunities and competitive differentials, generating sustained value for stockholders, aligned to the Votorantim Management System.
ASPIRATION
To achieve worldwide relevance in short-fiber pulp; to participate on he global reprographic paper market with regional leadership; and to sustain regional leadership in coated and special papers.
VALUES
VCP is aligned with the Values of the Votorantim Group as laid out in the acronym SEREU: Solidity, Ethics, Respect, Entrepreneurship, and Union.
Solidity represents the perennial nature of the Company, even in environments of constant and rapid change.
Ethics appears in the actions, so that the results are always seen as contributions t the common good.
